By connecting to Cybex Hosting game servers or using our website at hosting.cybex.net, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Cybex Hosting services, including our Rust game servers, website, and any related tools or features. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. You must have a valid Steam account to connect to our game servers. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Server Rules

All players must follow the server rules posted on our website. Key rules include but are not limited to:

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
• No racism, hate speech, or excessive toxicity
• Respect server-specific rules (solo limits, PvE zones, etc.)
• Follow admin instructions

Full server rules are available on the main page. We reserve the right to update rules at any time.

4. Enforcement and Bans

We reserve the right to ban, kick, or restrict any player who violates our rules, at our sole discretion. Bans may be temporary or permanent. We are not obligated to provide detailed ban reasons or appeals, but we strive to be fair. Ban evasion (using alt accounts) will result in all associated accounts being banned.

5. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted server availability
• Preservation of in-game progress, bases, or items
• Protection against data loss due to wipes, updates, or technical issues

Servers are wiped on a regular schedule. All in-game progress is temporary by nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cybex Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes loss of in-game items, progress, or data. Our total liability is limited to zero, as our services are provided free of charge.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cybex Hosting name, logo, website design, and original content are our property. Rust is a registered trademark of Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or overload our servers
• Exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure or game servers
• Impersonate administrators or other players
• Use our services for any illegal activity
• Harvest or collect data about other players without consent

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced on our website or in-game.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
